Refund & Return Policy

At Coffeebythebag.com, we take pride in offering high-quality green coffee that has been reviewed and approved by the Federación Nacional de Cafeteros de Colombia prior to being shipped and exported from Colombia. This ensures our coffee meets strict quality standards, including bean size, percentage of defective beans, moisture content, packaging weight, and other physical quality requirements.

That said, as a natural agricultural product that travels by ship and truck and may be exposed to varying conditions, we understand that quality can sometimes be affected during transit. For this reason, we are always willing to accept returns.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us at mauricio@coffeebythebag.com. Please include:

  • The reason you are not satisfied with the product
  • Clear photos showing the issue
  • A detailed explanation of the problem

Clear photos and thorough explanations are always helpful and appreciated.

Return Process

Once your return request is received and approved, we will arrange a pick-up service to collect the coffee and return it to our warehouse. After the product is received and weighed, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.

Please note: If the returned product is more than 300 grams short of the originally shipped quantity, the missing amount will be charged to the customer at the sale price, including shipping costs.
