Registrants must be coffee growers, coffee cooperatives, coffee roasters, or coffee merchants (Merchants accepted as buyers only).
 

During the registration process, all information submited is subject to verification by COFFEEBYTHEBAG.COM. In order to restric the operation to those individuals who meet the strict selection qualifications required for the system to work as expected, COFFEEBYTHEBAG.COM may reject any application.
 

Once the registrant is accepted he must appoint a representative to deal with COFFEEBYTHEBAG.COM as it's sole agent.
 

Confirmed orders to sell or buy cannot be retrieved from the system under any circumstance, Once the orders are confirmed you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase or sell the products, this transactions are subject to the regulations for commercial trade, which will operate if any cancellations or nonfulfilment should occur without prior authorization from COFFEEBYTHEBAG.COM .
 

Concerns on quality must be reported within 2 working days of receipt of product in order to be taken into consideration. Claim reports must be accompanied by a list of reasons for rejection of the product, and must be signed by the person appointed by the company as the agent for COFFEE BY THE BAG.COM. If the product is subject of claim it should not be given any kind of treament, it must be left as it is received for further quality check from the agents of COFFEEBYTHEBAG.COM.
